So ... quick update on the last few weeks months.

Dropped 3 classes, am now half-time. Am barely attending classes anyway, probably because of the depression. There goes my 3.96 GPA. Bye good GPA, nice to know you. I can't stand to stay in class longer than an hour either. sigh.

Ran out of 3 (I think) meds. (Wellbutrin, Klonopin, Pristiq ( Read more... )

Types of therapy/psychiatry I'm currently doing:

• CBT/DBT/eclectic with a therapist, Colette: weekly-twice monthly as needed.
• Supported Community Living, with a social worker, Gina: weekly-twice monthly, ideally opposite weeks when I see my therapist.
• Psychiatrist visits: once every one to three months.

You know, it's not so much that I am depressed. For once, wonder of wonders, I am not feeling suicidal. Not that depressed anyway.

(Okay, aside from two days ago when I had a fight with my very-close-friend-who-is-also-an-ex (Chance) where I told him to go to hell and never talk to me again. Which so far he is listening to. :C)
